There are regular flights and ferries to Ibiza.  We recommend looking at the Joyride Festival itinerary and booking your travel accordingly.

Santa Eulalia is just 30 minutes drive from the airport.

Platinum - Private transfers to and from Atzaró Agroturismo are offered on the first and last day of the Joyride Festival

Celeste - Group airport transfers are offered on the first and last day of the Joyride Festival

White - Group airport transfers are offered on the first and last day of the Joyride Festival

Please supply your flight details at least 3 weeks prior to arrival in Ibiza in order to guarantee your transfer. If flight details are received after this date then transfers cannot be guaranteed. 

Please book your own alternative transportation if you are arriving before Thursday 17th October or departing after Sunday 20th October

There are plenty of taxis available outside Ibiza Airport and taxis can be arranged by your hotel.

Suggested arrival and event check-in is 1:00PM - 3:00PM on Thursday 17th October.  

Official hotel check-in is from 3:00PM, but some rooms may be available earlier. 

On arrival, you will be welcomed by a member of the Joyride Festival team who will offer you a refreshing drink before being shown where to check-in for the Joyride Festival and the hotel. 

We recommend bringing your own road bike. Alternatively you will have the option to hire a bike directly from a recommended supplier, details of which will be provided soon.

Re-building and dismantling your bike from and into a bike box is your own responsibility. Joyride Festival cannot be held liable for any damage to your bike. Joyride Festival can store your bike box during the event.

Please note; TT or Tri bars are not allowed for safety reasons.


Yes, bike hire information will be provided in due course.


In the rare event that your bike doesn't arrive on your flight, we will endeavour to help arrange a hire bike.  We suggest you pack your essentials for riding in your hand luggage.

It is essential that you bring your road bike in good working order, and we highly recommend a bike service before arriving.  Our mechanics will be on hand to safety check your bike when you arrive, and should you need your bike repaired during a ride, our mechanics will aim to fix the problem. Any new parts will be at your own expense, you will be invoiced accordingly.

Joyride Festival cannot be held liable for any damage to your bike.


Appropriate bike storage is available at each hotel. Your bike or bike box are stored at your own risk. 

Bike boxes can be kept in storage for the duration of the event, until 5:00pm on Sunday 20th October.  On the Sunday afternoon you will have access to the bike storage area to pack your bike box for your airport transfer or further storage.  

If you are arriving early or staying on in Ibiza, bike and bike box storage security is your own responsibility before the event starts and after the event concludes.

This depends on which package you have chosen.

Platinum - Rapha x LeBlanq kit including 3 x jerseys, 3 x socks, 1 x bib shorts, 1 x gilet, 1 x cap

Celeste - Rapha x LeBlanq jersey, gilet and cap

White -  LeBlanq x Rapha cap

Please bring any additional kit you may require such as jerseys, bib shorts, helmet, shoes and suitable clothing for all weather conditions.  

Non-rider packages include

Platinum - Leisure shorts, t-shirt and socks

Celeste - Leisure t-shirt and socks

Pre and post-ride and activities the dress code is very much a home-from-home relaxed weekend vibe. Feel free to dress in loungewear. Do bring swimwear for a dip in the pool and loose clothing for other activities.   

Smart casual/party for the afternoons and evenings at the Festival. Bring a jacket or something warm to wear as most of the Festival will take place outside.  

For riders we suggest that you carry some key essentials in your cabin bag, such as your bike shoes, a change of clothes, bib shorts and essential medical supplies so your weekend is not affected in the unlucky situation that your luggage doesn't arrive. 


Yes, you will be able to choose the speed and distance of your ride. 

We will share more information on the distances and elevation of different groups closer to the event. 

No - we are all about Joyriding. 

However, a ride preparation plan will be provided as a guide to get you ready for the Joyride Festival. 

This is not a mandatory training plan but more to give an idea of the level of riding in the different groups. 

 We will also be offering regular Zwift rides, appropriate to the distance you’d like to ride, in the lead up to the Joyride Festival.

This depends on which package you have chosen.

Platinum - These rides are supported with a luxury if you have a mechanical issue or crash. 2 ride leaders per group of up to 10 riders.

Celeste - These rides are supported by Ride Leaders if you have a mechanical issue or crash, no supporting car. 2 ride leaders per group of up to 12 riders.

White - These rides are unsupported. 1 ride leader per group of up to 12 riders.

There will be a “broom wagon” out on the routes for assistance as required. 

Every ride will be given contact details and procedure in case of emergency.

Our groups vary in numbers but most groups will be 10-12 riders.

We will provide you with the GPX of the routes for your own reference before you arrive.

Of course. 

We offer an optional wellness programme for our guests who aren’t riding, with activities such as e-bike riding, yoga, hiking, meditation and breathwork. This includes the same Festival access as riding guests with food offerings, live music, chats, workshops and more. There will be plenty of opportunities for riders and non-riders to spend time together.

Our events are adult only, and the minimum age for bookings is 18.

Yes, many guests come on their own and leave having made new friends.

Single, double and twin occupancy rooms are available at each venue. You will be asked your preference during the booking process.

Booking extra nights to stay before or after the Festival is a popular option with guests.  Please contact our concierge to enquire further. 

Please note Hotel Riomar closes for the season on the last day of the Joyride Festival so is not available for post-event stays. Our concierge can suggest other options instead. 


You will receive pre-event questionnaires, so we can find out your key details such as dietary preferences, Rapha kit sizes (if applicable), preferred riding distances and other essential information.  

Guest Information will distributed pre-event which details everything you need to know to prepare you for the Joyride Festival. 

Should you change your mind, you have a 14 day cooling off period from the date of booking to claim back your initial payment.  Following the 14 days please refer to our cancellation policy HERE

Should we have to cancel or postpone the Joyride Festival, you will have a 14 day cooling off period from the announcement of the new date to request a full refund. After that point, your booking will be transferred to the new date.

Yes, all guests must have personal travel insurance to take part in the Joyride Festival. Please ensure that there is adequate cover for your travel, belongings including your bike, riding and other activities.  

Yes, of course. All dietaries allergies will be catered for, with adequate notice, just share the details once your booking is completed.

Yes. 

The event will finish from approximately 3:00PM on Sunday 20th October. We recommend you book a flight departing no earlier than 5:00PM.

There will be rolling transfers from White and Celeste hotels (Meliá Ibiza and Hotel Riomar) between 3:00PM and 5:00PM and rolling returns from 10:30PM - 1:30AM with ad hoc “broom wagon” transfers both ways in between these times. 

Platinum guests will be staying onsite at Atzaró Agroturismo so will not require transfers.
